Staff Qualifications

Because we offer a spiritual, faith-based approach, our standards are different form secular standards for qualifying people as staff. The counselors at Precious Grace Counseling (PGC) are ordained pastoral counselors who have been Biblically trained to minister God’s grace through the Exchanged Life Counseling process in accordance with the training standards set for by Network 220. PGC counselors have been extensively training in our counseling methodology and are Board Certified Christian Counselor and Therapists as well as Board Certified Pastoral Counselors through the Board of Examiners for Georgia Christian Counselors and Therapists (GBOE). Our methodology and training curriculum was developed by our counseling network, www.network220.org and over the past 4+ decades, the results have been that thousands in the United States and worldwide have found freedom and peace.

Confidentiality policy

This is a safe place. Your confidentiality will be of utmost importance. The staff adhere to a professional code of ethics. The confidentiality of your visit, your files, and your discussion with us are protected by ethical practice.

Limits of Confidentiality:

We are also required by law to notify relevant others for the following to ensure to the safely of clients and others:

1. If you say or do something that threatens your safety or life, (i.e. suicide);

2. If you say or do something that threatens the life or safety of others;

3. If there is known or suspected child or elder abuse.

Policies and Scheduling

Cancellation policy

If an emergency occurs or you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance to let them know. There is a mandatory $35 cancellation fee if you fail to contact the office or not show for an appointment.

Financial Policy and rates

Our specific rates are as follows, but may be revised at any time:

• Initial Counseling Intake ($110)

• Individuals or Couples ($100/hour)

• No show/cancellation with less than 24 hours notice ($45)

Scheduling and duration

Each counseling session lasts approximately 60 minutes depending on the individual. Sessions are available weekly, but frequency is usually determined by the client’s situation, preference, availability, and budget. Please email or message to schedule an appointment
